Counselling/Psychotherapy
This is the foundation of my therapy. These approaches provide a confidential and non-judgemental talking space to help you work through and explore troubled thoughts and feelings.
CBT I use CBT as method of providing my clients with solutions a solution focused approach. It is a therapy particularly useful to address panic, anxiety and depression. You can challenge negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a practical and reconstructive way. Making practical changes to the way you function releases you from restrictive learnt behaviours.
Life Coaching
Offering a practical overview to improving your life by identifying problem areas and finding manageable solutions in order to reach a higher level of potential.
EMDR/CBT Trauma Focused Therapy
EMDR and CBT TFT are psychological therapies recommended by NICE and approved by the NHS as an effective trauma treatment. It is also a very effective method of treating anxiety, depression, phobias, abuse, addiction and pain management.
Mindfulness/Meditation
Using the ancient art of meditation and mindfulness you can learn to live in the moment and find peace and tranquillity within. Soothing and calming the mind and body promotes healing from within.
Psycho-Education This aspect of therapy gives you the opportunity to find answers. Understanding why you think, feel and behave like you do can be hugely empowering. t
